Inside the accommodation is stylish and modern with neutral colours making this a place where you can truly relax. The accommodation flows well with the lounge area tucked away around a corner to provide a cosy atmosphere yet opening out to the dining area and kitchen to provide the open plan style living that is often preferred. The lounge is spacious whilst still being intimate with ample comfy seating, a flat screen TV and a huge picture window with wonderful country views, yet is also cosy with a log burner in the corner. The dining area with its wonderful views out to the courtyard garden leads to the spacious well equipped high quality kitchen.
When it comes to bedrooms, there are 3 very comfortable spacious bedrooms (two bedrooms with super-king size beds and one twin bedroom). One of the bedrooms has an ensuite bathroom and there is also a family bathroom.
Outside there is a courtyard style gravelled garden with seating where you can sit out in summer time and enjoy the countryside setting. The coast though is very close by and the Wales Coastal Path can be joined close to the Llanfendigaid Country Estate. Days out can enjoyed discovering the stunning scenery of Snowdonia National Park, the Snowdonia coastline and there are ample opportunities to enjoy a variety of outdoor activities in this part of Wales.
