This stylish barn conversion includes three double bedrooms, each with a private ensuite, plus a family bathroom on the ground floor. The heart of the home is the open-plan living space, where everyone can come together to eat, chat, and unwind. You’ll find a comfy lounge with leather sofa and armchairs, smart TV, and warming woodburner, along with a well-equipped kitchen featuring a Smeg oven, a Smeg microwave/combi oven, a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer, and a sociable dining area.
The whole property benefits from cosy underfloor heating and free WiFi, and up to three dogs are welcome too, by prior arrangement.
Just steps from this beautiful holiday home is the private pool building where you will find the 9m x 4m indoor pool, with changing room and toilet. Pool towels and robes are provided for you to use during your stay, so just bring your swimsuits and enjoy!
Outdoors, there's a large, secure garden that’s great for kids and pets to run around, plus garden furniture for alfresco meals and a chiminea for evening warmth.

Poachers Barn is a newly built, luxury house with private pool situated on the idyllic, 50 acre estate of Pudleston Court. This house has been designed to offer the ultimate guest comforts and can accommodate up to 6 guests. There are 3 double bedrooms all with en-suite and a bathroom with shower downstairs. The open plan kitchen, dining and living area are with rustic farmhouse flags, large leather sofa, tweed arm chairs and oak furniture. The bespoke kitchen boasts an integrated Smeg combi microwave/oven and Smeg single integrated oven as well as integrated dishwasher, fridge freezer and washing machine. The outside space includes seating for 6 guests, a gas BBQ and loungers on the decking.
Poachers Barn has an exclusive, private indoor heated pool next door to the house. The pool is 8m x 4m and 1.4m deep, there is a dedicated changing room within the pool building as well as a w/c. We provide pool towels and adult dressing gowns so you have extra room to pack more important things. The pool is heated between 26-28degree Celsius.
