What truly sets this cottage apart is the outside living space. The long lawned enclosed garden with mature trees leads you to the large summer house with balcony overlooking the river Esk. Here you can watch the wildife that frequents the river or try your hand at fishing from the jetty and hopefully catch a salmon or trout.

The living room has every comfort you could need Relax on the leather sofas infront of the living flame gas fire while you enjoy smart tv with free view.
The upstairs gives way to a master bedroom with king sized bed,32" smart tv , hairdryer and plenty of storage
Guest bedroom with twin beds and 32" smart tv with views down towards the river.
The bathroom is well appointed with a separate shower cubicle, roll top bath, sink & wc, with complementary bathroom products.
