It is surrounded by stunning countryside and it has a huge outdoor heated pool (mid April to mid Oct), Hot Tub, Games/Party/Cinema room, Arctic cabin with charcoal BBQ, plentiful outside living and dining furniture, fire pit, gas and wood BBQs, gas fired Paella dish & a gym. There is a large lawn area ideal for football, cricket, croquet etc. In short;

It is surrounded by stunning countryside and it has a huge outdoor heated pool (mid April to mid Oct), Hot Tub, Games/Party/Cinema room, Arctic cabin with charcoal BBQ, plentiful outside living and dining furniture, fire pit, gas and wood BBQs, gas fired Paella dish & a gym. There is a large lawn area ideal for football, cricket, croquet etc. In short;

The Main House comprises of plentiful living spaces including a huge kitchen with dining area for up to 22 opening on to the Snug with wood burning stove, formal Drawing Room, separate Dining room seating up to 16, 3 ensuite bedrooms (master bedroom, family suite and another double ensuite bedroom), 3 further double bedrooms (one downstairs opening out onto the gardens), family bathroom, 2 cloakrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped with Villeroy & Boch cutlery, crockery and glassware. There are 2 ovens and 2 sinks, 2 dishwashers, tall upright fridge and freezer plus wine fridges. The Snug and Drawing room have wood burning stoves. The Main House sleeps 6-18 guests.
The Summer House is a self contained cottage beside the pool with 2 bedrooms, open plan living with kitchen (oven, dishwasher, hob, fridge/freezer kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine), sofa suite, TV, dining table with 4 chairs, bathroom with shower. Sleeps 4 + 2 on extra beds provided in the living space on request.
The Stables annexe has 2 ensuite double bedrooms, huge open plan living room with bar, 3-in-1 games table (table tennis, air hockey, pool table), 75" TV with Sky & BT Sport, large sofa suites (with luxury double beds with memory foam mattresses), disco lighting for partying, kitchenette (microwave/convection oven, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, fridge) and another bathroom with shower. There is a veranda with tables and chairs overlooking the garden. Sleeps 4-8.
All bedrooms are made up with luxury Egyptian cotton bedlinen and towels. Toiletries and hairdryers are provided too. 7 bedrooms have zip and link beds so can be super king or single beds.
