5 star gold award winning barn conversion located within the Exmoor National Park in Somerset. This special property sleeps up to 16 in 8 bedrooms and has wonderful country views of the surrounding valley. There is also a wonderful outdoor Cedar barrel style hot tub for a relaxing dip and guests also enjoy access to an outdoor swimming pool (for use in the summer months).

The Granary is a beautiful, 5 star rated, Gold award winning, 18th century old granary barn. This luxury property is set in the Exmoor National Park, nestled in its own tranquil valley and surrounded by 450 acres of Exmoor farm and woodland. The property boasts 8 en-suite double or twin bedrooms which are found across 3 floors, a vaulted double height living area, outdoor hot tub, outdoor pool and many other luxurious features. Each bedroom offers a TV with Sky, phone, WIFI, alarm clock and Ipod Dock, fridge, hair dryer, bathrobes, towells and toiletries. A stunning spiral staircase leads up to a large reception area with open plan kitchen, dining and sitting room as well as full height picture windows with stunning views.
With the Exmoor National Park on your doorstep there is plenty of wonderful countryside and coastal scenery for guests to explore, making it an ideal holiday home for hikers, cyclists and horse-riders.
