The ground floor has…
- A large entrance area that is ideal for shoes, coats and will have the ‘doggie equipment’.
- A downstairs bedroom called ‘Sycamore’ which is ideal for less abled guests with a twin bed that can also be zipped together to make a superking bed (depending on guest preference). This bedroom has a smart TV.
- The downstairs shower room has a shower, toilet, and wash-hand basin.
- The utility has a sink, washer/dryer, clothes airer, hoover, broom, dustpan and brush, iron, and ironing board.
- The open plan modern kitchen is fully equipped with all the utensils, pots, pans, crockery, cutlery, glassware and serving dishes you will need to cater for your group. There is an electric induction double oven, dishwasher, sink, American style fridge freezer with ice and water dispenser, wine cooler, microwave, George Foreman Grill, kettle and toaster.
- The living room has comfortable sofas, smart TV (with Netflix) and a cosy electric log effect fire – beautiful on winters evenings. A sliding door also leads onto the patio area.
- The dining room provides a stunning oak table with ample space and the lounge area offers another comfortable seating area – the perfect place to sip a drink before dinner whilst the children have some relaxing time in front of the TV in the living room! A music system with Bluetooth connectivity will help set the ambience and both areas overlook the private garden.
The first floor has…
- A bedroom called ‘Rowan’ with king size bed.
- A bedroom called ‘Holly’ with twin beds that can be zipped together to make a superking bed (depending on guest preference).
- A toilet and wash hand basin.
- A bright and airy bedroom called ‘Maple’ has a large superking bed, smart TV and en-suite with bath (and shower situated over the top), toilet and wash hand basin.
All bedrooms have pocket sprung Hypnos mattresses on beds, hypoallergenic duvets and pillows and Egyptian cotton linen.
The outside area has a large patio with comfortable rattan furniture, gas BBQ (available October to May inclusive including BBQ equipment and gas), and a hydrotherapy Jacuzzi Hot Tub (which can accommodate up to six adults including one lounge seat). The beautiful south facing garden also boasts a double hammock and a range of outdoor games: football posts, football, badminton set, cricket set and rounders set. This is all set amongst tranquil gardens overlooking picturesque Herefordshire views.
