The ground floor also has a cloakroom with basin and WC, kitchen/diner with open fire, utility, sitting room with woodburning stove, a further sitting room and a snug with open fire. Heating is electric powered and the kitchen offers an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and coffee maker, whilst the utility hosts a washing machine and tumble dryer. For entertainment, there is a Smart TV and WiFi, along with table football and a selection of games. Fuel, power, starter pack for woodburning stove, bed linen and towels are all included. Highchair, travel cot and stairgate available on request. With ample parking, there is private parking for three cars and a garage with spaces for two.
