The cottage has five bedrooms: a king-size (zip/link, can be twin on request) with a balcony and en-suite double shower, double basin, heated towel rail and WC, a double with en-suite walk-in shower, basin and WC, two doubles and a single. The bathroom contains a bath, hand held shower, basin and WC, whilst a ground-floor wet room has a shower, heated towel rail and sauna. The ground floor also has a cloakroom with basin and WC, kitchen/diner with open fire, utility, sitting room with woodburning stove, a further sitting room and a snug with open fire. Heating is electric powered and the kitchen offers an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and coffee maker, whilst the utility hosts a washing machine and tumble dryer. For entertainment, there is a Smart TV and WiFi, along with table football and a selection of games. Fuel, power, starter pack for woodburning stove, bed linen and towels are all included. Highchair, travel cot and stairgate available on request. With ample parking, there is private parking for three cars and a garage with spaces for two. Outside there is a front garden with lawn, gravelled area and furniture, alongside a rear garden with lawn, decking and furniture. This property is pet-friendly, however, smoking is not permitted in this property.
