The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, washer/dryer, and dishwasher. Entertainment is guaranteed with two TVs, a DVD player, a HiFi sound system, and WiFi. Essentials such as fuel, power, a starter pack, bed linen, and towels are all included for your comfort.

Outside, guests have access to off-road parking, communal grounds, and farmland equipped with furniture, a barbecue, and an outdoor heated swimming pool. This pet-friendly luxury cottage welcomes one well-behaved dog, ready to explore the beautiful Devon landscape. Located just 0.9 miles from the nearest shop and 1.4 miles from a welcoming pub, Pillhead Farm is a working farm, offering a truly authentic countryside experience. Please note, dogs are charged at 20 each per full or part week. The outdoor heated swimming pool, shared with other properties on-site, is open from the Friday immediately preceding the last bank holiday in May to the first Friday in September, 10am-evening.
