Harts Cottage consists of a kitchen/diner with gas fire and electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, dining seating for four, and a sitting room with Smart TV and woodburning stove. The bedrooms consist of a king-size with Smart TV and a twin, serviced by a shower room. Outside there is a rear, enclosed patio with barbecue and furniture, and roadside parking on a first come first served basis. Within 0.1 miles you will find a shop, a pub, and a river, and within 1.2 miles, a beach, and please note this is a smoke-free and pet-free property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels included in the rent. Immerse yourself in the scenery of the Dumfries and Galloway with a stay at the charming Harts Cottage. Note: Check-in 4pm, check-out 10am. Please note: This property has a 4-night minimum restriction for November and December 2024, after this period the property only takes bookings of 5 nights or more.
